Review | Osmia Organics Spot Treatment Hits the Right Spot

I swallowed the $26 shipping fee to Singapore especially for the Osmia Organics Spot Treatment. I was having a recurring pimple right under my nose for over a month. Every time I popped it (I know, I know…) it flattened for a day then revived in full force like a zombie.

So right after receiving my Osmia Organics package, I wasted no time. I practically ripped the box to shreds the moment I got it from my mailbox.

Within 2 days, the pimple flattened… but, dang, it surfaced again! The only difference was that this time it fully surfaced so I was able to pop it dry (I know, I know!). I immediately applied the Spot treatment and within two days, the pesky sucker was history.

Simple Ingredients
The ingredients are simple yet impressive in synergy. The essential oils work in battling pimples while the Evening Primrose Oil prevents the further swelling and dryness. Unlike Tea Tree Oil or other spot killers that smell the part, the scent of the Spot Treatment is also divine.

Ingredients: Evening Primrose Oil, essential oils of lavender, cajeput, lemon, parsley, thyme, cypress, and rosemary CO2.

Will it work for you?
I had tried many spot treatment products and DIY experiments — both naturally formulated and otherwise. None of them worked like Osmia Organics. The ones tried either dried the pimple (which usually made the scars worse) or just delayed the big eruption. However, Osmia Organics Spot Treatment managed to flatten my angry cystic pimples most of the time. In some cases, it even prevented the pimples from actually surfacing.

Based on my experience, the Spot Treatment worked better on the real baddies, the cystic pimples, than on the smaller ‘bacterial’ ones that go away easily with tea tree oil. And while it’s a wonder spot treatment, it’s definitely not for healing mass acne breakouts.

Toss or Keep?
The Osmia Organics Spot Treatment, so far, lands a spot in my holy grail kit. I hate raving about products because I know different products work for different people. But with a 70% success rate against my cystic pimples? I could not even find anything that worked before this!

Where to buy? You can buy the Spot Treatment from the Osmia Organics Online Store for US$20.

Have you been touched by the Osmia Organics Spot Treatment magic before?

Your pics are so amazing, and major respect to you for showing your before and after pics with the breakout. I get those annoying zits right below my lip, too, and they are the WORST! I use Osmia’s Spot Treatment on the ones that are allllmmmoooost to a head but need a little extra push. I then, also, well, pop them, because it just speeds up the process. I know, I know, it’s bad, but whatever. Those whiteheads need to GO! For my cystic acne, as you know, I use my Zum Rub without fail! I’m so glad this worked for you, despite the crazy shipping rate. Come to the US and stock up? :)

YES! They are the worst (or second to the ones that grow right at the tip of the nose), especially when they’re popped the wrong way and turn into scabs. They end up looking like a big icky piece of booger!

wow!!! it looks really promising! and it’s amazing that such simple ingredients can work magic. but uber ouch on the shipping! I hate all these recurring cystic acne >< i have one recurring cystic blackhead on my cheek that keeps coming back each time after i clear it and it's super annoying!

If it’s a recurring blackhead, it might be an internal problem. This spot treatment works well on cystic pimples that start off with no heads (pus). You might want to try their Facial Caliberation Serum, though — it helps in resetting the skin. :)

Total agreement with Kim on the Brave Girls Bare ALL photo. And I’m always raving about your awesome pics. It’s amazing what a difference good photos make. Your skin is so lovely that even one zit must be a MAJOR nuisance! Thanks for sharing – from one picker to another (TMI!!) xo

That should be a hash tag #bravegirlsbareall.

The pimple actually looks much better on photos. IRL, it was like a tiny volcano — much bigger, angrier and redder. DX

And thanks! Glad you liked the photos!

Sounds amazing! Can’t believe how quickly it worked. The shipping is what kills me too but I think I need to bite the bullet and just order it already!

    • http://www.ecobeautysecrets.com/ Vivi

Haha, yes… the shipping cost me more than the serum itself so I had to buy more to make myself feel better. But it was worth it. This tiny potion is a keeper. :)

It seems they do not ship to Singapore. I was unable to checkout. Did you use a shipment redirect service?

    • http://www.ecobeautysecrets.com/ Vivi

Hi Mei, they ship to Singapore. Just e-mail them directly and they’ll arrange for it. :)
