This is such an interesting post! Finally, someone blogging about pee and poo, a subject which is my interest, which many find it weird. I always analyse my pee and poo because I had constipation problem before and was wondering if the poo can give me any tell tale signs of what is wrong with my system.

I don’t think it’s weird, haha. ‘Cause although I HATE to do it, I know I MUST check out how things are going on down there in the toilet. :p

Awesome post, Vivi! I read it from start to finish, but the very “cute” representation of poo and pee was really interesting :D

Yes, indeed. Imagine if they had to use graphic realistic photos. Ewww…..

Really good post! It’s important to check poopie, cause you can notice a hidden disease in time.

Yes, checking the poop and pee are good habits but it’s still best to go for regular check-ups with the Doc to be very sure. :)

Pee and poop are great indicators of good or bad health! I tend to look at mine often..but I never knew what represented bad health. Now I have a better idea with this image. I probably should download it…enlarge it, make it into a poster, and then post it in a place where everyone can see it! From the looks of this, I don’t think I have anything to worry about right now. I generally eat fiber, increasing my vegetable intake and drink a lot of water. I agree..wonderful and important post!

HAHA! Your idea about the poster is funny but I think it’s intuitive!!! Anyway, the infographic looks quite good and I think it’ll look stylish and hip once it’s framed properly. You can even hang it somewhere in your toilet if you’ve got space.
I’m glad to know that you’ve got a healthy tummy now. Interestingly, I’ve read that good blood starts in the tummy. :)

This is great! I find it so hard to find easy and comprehensive info on stools. Glad to have found your post!

    • http://www.ecobeautysecrets.com Vivi

glad you found it helpful. :) I think it’s easy to find references online regarding stools but hard to find ones that are less “graphic”, hehe… Either they are too disgusting or have no photos at all which leave everything to the reader’s imagination.

Hi Lynn, thanks! But I didn’t make the infographic. I grabbed it from Kimberly Snyder’s site as mentioned at the end of the article. :) I hope to make my own infographic one of these days, though–but I’ll have to borrow some time from work first. I’m covered with work up to my nostrils, lol.
